How much does an outfit cost to be made by you?
Every outfit/design can vary in cost, this depends on a few things for example, time frame, materials, accessories like beading and in some cases travel costs for fittings, book a FREE CONSULTATION so we can give you an estimate of our costs for you to consider. How long does an outfit take to make?
This all depends on your needs as a client, we have a skilled team that can create almost anything.
Do you have to pay upfront or can I pay in installments ?
We take a 60% deposit and request invoices are paid in full 4 weeks before your event, once your balance is paid we post your garment Special Delivery Royal Mail. In some cases (high value orders) this is negotiable.
How do I know my outfit will fit?
Probably everyone's worst fear, but don't worry we have our own measuring methods which you can find HERE, our designer creates your garments pattern to your measurments with as many fittings as you need, your garment will fit like no other.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately as we are sure you can understand, all of our Made to measure garments are not returnable or refundable as each item is made specifically to your measurements.
